Swimwear

swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, or worn and may be sent back to the customer. We exchange sizes but do not refund money.

Jewellery

For hygiene purposes be advised that we do not accept returns of earrings to avoid infections.

Footwear

When trying on shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles - all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Please return all footwear in the original packaging with dust bags and shoe boxes as these are considered part of the product. 

Colours

We have used the best lighting possible to obtain accurate colours of the products that appear displayed  on Kate Diaz London website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Exchange, Returns, Delivery, Distributors

Exchange

We kindly offer exchange on Standard Size non-made-to-measure creations.
All made-to-measure custom pieces cannot be exchanged.

we only offer returns if we don’t find a size that suits you in any design and the original purchase cannot be exchange.

For all returns and exchanges we have a 24 hours policy. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours after your shipment arrives.

If your exchange is approved, all shipments must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order.
Any shipping costs related to returned or exchanged products are not covered by Kate Diaz London.
Discounted items will be deemed as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)

Please note all items must be returned with all tags on as new, unworn. Your item should be returned in its original packaging. We regret that we do not refund outgoing postage, refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. We regret that we cannot apply discount codes retrospectively.

Returns and refund

For domestic and international returns we highly advise you keep the proof of postage, as we CANNOT be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it and use sign for service so you can track when the goods are back in our custody. 

No money will be refunded if the items are not securely sent back to our address and delivered to us.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Lost Items

Kate Diaz London is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.

Kate Diaz London is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

Delivery

Kate Diaz London will accept orders to be delivered all over the world. The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order no later than 15 days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the order confirmation e-mail sent by Kate Diaz London. For every order placed on the www.katediaz.co.uk website, We can issue an invoice for the goods shipped. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it.  

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
