Swimwear

swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, or worn and may be sent back to the customer.

Jewellery

For hygiene purposes be advised that we do not accept returns of earrings to avoid infections.

Footwear

When trying on shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles - all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Please return all footwear in the original packaging with dust bags and shoe boxes as these are considered part of the product. 

Colours

We have used the best lighting possible to obtain accurate colours of the products that appear displayed  on Kate Diaz London website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Yes — we offer size exchanges.

If your piece doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to exchange it for another size, subject to availability, from our London-based studio.

🧵 Each piece is handmade and produced in limited quantities, so achieving the right fit is important to us.

To ensure the best fit before purchasing:

You’re welcome to contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp with your usual size and key measurements.
We will provide tailored sizing guidance for your chosen piece, allowing you to compare with an item you already own and order with confidence.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are available for standard size, non-custom pieces
  • Made-to-measure or custom orders are not eligible for exchange
  • If a suitable size is unavailable, a return may be offered in line with our return policy

✨ Returns

Your confidence in every piece matters to us. If for any reason your order isn’t perfect, we’re here to assist.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Once approved, items must be returned within 5 days

Items must be:

  • Unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached
  • Free from any marks (including makeup or tanning products)
  • Returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Discount codes cannot be applied after purchase

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the courier. We are therefore not liable for items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen during transit.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

✨ Delivery

Kate Diaz London offers worldwide shipping.

Orders are delivered via express courier to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days, subject to payment clearance, address verification, and product availability. In the event of any delay, you will be contacted directly.

An invoice can be issued upon request for all orders placed on www.katediaz.co.uk. Once issued, invoice details cannot be amended.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
