Swimwear

swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, or worn and may be sent back to the customer.

Jewellery

For hygiene purposes be advised that we do not accept returns of earrings to avoid infections.

Footwear

When trying on shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles - all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Please return all footwear in the original packaging with dust bags and shoe boxes as these are considered part of the product. 

Colours

We have used the best lighting possible to obtain accurate colours of the products that appear displayed  on Kate Diaz London website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

📦 Size Exchange

Yes — we offer size exchanges!
If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for another size, quickly and easily from our London-based warehouse.

🧵 Each piece is handmade and limited, so ensuring your perfect fit truly matters to us.

To avoid sizing issues:
Please send us a message via Instagram or WhatsApp with your usual size and key measurements.
We’ll then send you the specific sizing of the item you’re interested in, so you can compare it to a piece you already own — and order with confidence.

  • Exchanges are available for standard size, non-custom pieces.
  • Made-to-measure or custom orders cannot be exchanged.
  • If no suitable size is available and an exchange isn’t possible, we may offer a return.

⏳ Exchange & Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Once your request is approved, the item must be sent back within 5 days.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached
    • Free from marks, including makeup or spray tan
    • Returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs.
  • Outgoing postage is non-refundable.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Duties and Taxes

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Please note that when paying in foreign currencies, your bank may charge a conversion rate. If you are unsure about the rate of conversion please contact your bank.

Lost Items

Kate Diaz London is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.

Kate Diaz London is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

Delivery

Kate Diaz London will accept orders to be delivered all over the world. The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order no later than 15 days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the order confirmation e-mail sent by Kate Diaz London. For every order placed on the www.katediaz.co.uk website, We can issue an invoice for the goods shipped. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
